Zoom MeetPaw opens a meeting on your chosen provider, copies the link to your clipboard, and launches it, all before you reach for a browser tab.
Add up to five Google, Zoom, and Teams accounts. MeetPaw blends them into a single timeline, sorted by time, and filters down to any one account when you need to focus.
Set a title, date, time, and guests, pick Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams, and MeetPaw books the event with a ready-to-join link already attached. Change your mind? Edit or delete it with a swipe, right from the menu bar.
One shortcut opens a meeting with the provider you want, from your editor, your browser, anywhere. Set it to launch at login and forget it's running.
MeetPaw is a lightweight macOS menu-bar app that puts your meetings one click away. Spin up an instant Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link the moment you need it. The link is created, copied to your clipboard, and ready to share before you've switched windows. No tabs, no digging, no friction.
Yes. MeetPaw is free and open source under the MIT license. No subscription, no paywall, no upsell. If you’d like to support development there’s an optional Patreon, but every feature stays free for everyone, forever.
Everything stays on your Mac. Your account tokens live in the macOS Keychain and never leave your device. MeetPaw talks straight to Google, Zoom, and Microsoft, and to no one else. There are no analytics, no ads, and no servers in between.
It's all from the menu-bar paw. A single click (one-finger tap) starts an instant meeting with your default provider and copies the link. A right-click (two-finger tap, or Control-click) opens the drawer with your upcoming meetings, scheduling, accounts, and settings. You can also use the global shortcuts ⌘⇧M for Meet, ⌘⇧Z for Zoom, and ⌘⇧T for Teams from any app.
Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. You can connect up to five accounts per provider, and MeetPaw merges them into one list.
No. There's no MeetPaw account. You sign in to your own Google, Zoom, or Microsoft accounts directly, and that's it.
MeetPaw isn't notarized yet, so Gatekeeper shows a warning on first launch. Right-click the app and choose Open (or go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, Open Anyway). You only do this once.
Yes, every line. MeetPaw is open source on GitHub under the MIT license, and contributions are welcome.
Put MeetPaw in your menu bar and never hunt for a meeting link again.
